At Skaleup Consulting Services, we strive for excellence and client satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, the following refund policy applies:

1. Cancellation by Client

• 7+ Days Before Program Start: 100% refund (minus processing fees)
• 3–6 Days Before: 50% refund
• Less than 3 Days: No refund

2. Cancellation by Company

If we cancel or postpone a service for any reason, clients will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

3. Digital Products and Recordings

No refunds will be provided for downloadable resources, recordings, or partially completed services.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email your request with the subject “Refund Request – [Your Full Name]” to [Insert Support Email] with your payment details and reason for the request.
