These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Skaleup Consulting Services, including training programs, workshops, consulting, and any other services offered by the company (“Services”). By enrolling in our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Services

We provide professional training, workshops, and consulting in areas such as leadership development, business transformation, Business Management Consulting, Sales and Sales Management. Services may be delivered online, in-person, or through a hybrid model.

3. Registration and Payment

Clients must complete registration and make full payment before the start of any service. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit/debit cards.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, presentations, and content shared during our services are the intellectual property of Skaleup Consulting Services and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Skaleup Consulting Services is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in our services.

7. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to change or cancel any service with prior notice. If cancelled by us, clients will receive a full refund.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Maharashtra/India.
